Erin Anderson

CRYSTAL

Erin Anderson

Erin Anderson has had the privilege of performing in many theater productions in the Old Pueblo over the last 10 years.. Some favorites include Arizona Onstage’s Les Miserables (Eponine), Triumph of Love at the Roadrunner Theater (Leonide), and SAPAC's productions of The Hot Mikado (Pitti-Sing) and Fun Home (Alison Bechtel).  In addition to theater, Ms. Anderson moonlights as a jazz artist. She is mother to one stellar 7-year old, and by day serves as a forensic intelligence analyst for Southern Arizona law enforcement agencies.

Sarah Chico

Sarah Chico

Sarah is from Marana, AZ. During her career, she has had the chance to portray several roles such as Aida in "Aida", Fantine in "Les Miserables", Joanne in "RENT" and participated in the ensemble for "West Side Story" and "A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder". She would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her and dedicates her performance to Sam Beemer, Steven and Christine Wright, Tyler Wright and Sean Hazen for being an inspiration to her.

Danny Fapp

SEYMOUR KRELBOURN

Danny is a Tucson raised actor of the stage and screen and a graduate of the University of Arizona. He’s recently been seen in A Wonderful Life: Radio Play (Foley Artist/Male Swing), Guys and Dolls (Sky Masterson), and Eegee’s 2022 November flavor of the month commercial. He’d like to thank his family and teachers for enabling him to reach where he is today.

Wesley Akio Geary

Wesley Geary is so excited to be be making his debut with Saguaro City Music Theatre and joining this production of Little Shop of Horrors. Some of his favorite past roles include: Bobby Strong (UrineTown), Angel (Kinky Boots), Gordon, ensemble (Rent) and more. Wesley was awarded first place as a solo vocalist in Musical Theatre at NATS Nationals in Chicago. He would like to thank his family and friends for their support and SCMT for this amazing opportunity.

Kendall Hicks

Kendall Hicks

Kendall is delighted to be returning to Saguaro City Music Theatre for their production of Little Shop of Horrors! She is so thankful for the opportunity and for the people in her life supporting her. Recent credits include Bandstand (Julia Trojan), Sunday in the Park with George (Dot), and It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play (Jingle Singer). She sincerely hopes you enjoy the show!

 is delighted to be working with Saguaro City Music Theatre. Some previous roles include Sally, Cabaret; Amelia, El Tiradito; Catherine, Proof and Audrey in another production of Little Shop. She is currently a PCC student on her way to complete her AFA in Visual and Performing Arts. During the day Nickole is a drama teacher for kids, but at night she loves to rock out with her band, Cows (insta: @cowsband). She wants to thank her friends and family for their constant love and support. 

Matt Milne

Matt Milne

Matt Milne is a New York based actor who loves tap dancing, musical theatre, and Tucson. He was born and raised in Tucson and enjoys coming back and performing in his hometown. This is his first production with Saguaro City and he hopes you enjoy the show!

Venus-Tyané

Venus Tyané

Venus-Tyané studied Musical Theater in Berlin, Germany and has a B.A in Global Arts & Culture and Global Education. She is an International Teaching Artist specializing in Devised Theatre, and Foley. She has worked as a performer for many US productions, including Nickelodeon and Stories that Soar! She has performed in various large productions internationally, from Friedrichstadtpalast to Jazzclub Neukölln. She has toured throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Estonia, Czech Republic, India, South Korea, and Japan.

Tyler Wright

Tyler Wright

Tyler Wright studied musical theater at Brigham Young University before returning home to his native Arizona. Tyler has received local MAC and Carmen award nominations for his performances in SAPAC's productions of Hot Mikado and [title of show]. He also produced, directed, and starred in the MAC award nominated Gutenberg! The Musical! Tyler performs with many other Tucson performing groups including Gaslight Theater, Khris Dodge Entertainment and Alex Mack Music.

Christopher Younggren

Christopher has been in the theatre for over 40 years as an actor, director, playwright, and teacher, from California to New York and many places in-between. Locally, he has performed with The Rogue, Live Theatre Workshop, Invisible Theatre, The Scoundrel & Scamp, Arts Express, and others. Up next, “Topher” can be seen in The Realistic Joneses at LTW. When not onstage, he is a middle school English/Theatre teacher, professional magician, and a YouTube creator, where he shares videos on teaching tips and techniques on his channel “Classroom Confidential”.

Drew Humphrey

DIRECTOR

After completing his BFA in Dance from the University of Arizona, Drew spent the next 20 years pursuing his directing and performing career in NYC.  Broadway: Irving Berlin’s White Christmas (Ensemble, Cast Recording); New York/Tours: Of Thee I Sing (Encores!), Lady Be Good (Encores!, Cast Recording), 42nd Street (Ensemble, 1st Natl.); Regional: Holiday Inn (Ted Hanover, Drury Lane) and others across the US.  Drew had the honor to perform at the Kennedy Center for Ted Kennedy and President Obama. Directing/Choreography credits include: Oklahoma, Mary Poppins, A Chorus Line, Singin’ In The Rain, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Guys and Dolls, 42nd Street, and Gypsy.  Drew’s involved in guest teaching, master classes, guest directing, and choreographing at high schools and Universities. Of all pursuits, bringing inclusive arts educational opportunities to the community is a central focus for Drew and Saguaro City Music Theatre. www.drewjhumphrey.com

Dena DiGiacinto

CHOREOGRAPHER

Dena DiGiacinto is over the moon about choreographing Saguaro City’s LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS! Favorite performing credits include the Broadway revival of A Chorus Line and Evita (national tour, directed by the legendary Hal Prince). Dena also had the great honor of performing at two special events with the late, great Marvin Hamlisch. Recently, she choreographed A Chorus Line at STAGES St. Louis, and earlier this year she was assistant choreographer to Tony Award nominated director/choreographer Marcia Milgrom Dodge on a production of Evita at Drury Lane Theatre in Chicago. At the John W. Engeman Theatre in New York, Dena worked on shows such as Mary Poppins (associate director/choreographer), Thoroughly Modern Millie (co-choreographer), and A Chorus Line (choreographer). Dena is also the Director of Outreach and Education at Saguaro City Music Theatre, and is passionate about providing access to the arts for children and teens of all backgrounds and abilities in Tucson.

Mike R. Padilla

MUSIC DIRECTOR

A Tucson native, Mike worked in Tucson, San Francisco and Japan as a cabaret entertainer, pianist, flutist, singer, actor, musical director, hairstylist and teacher. (whew!) Mike spent 17 years in San Francisco. Studied acting/singing at Studio ACT and the SF Academy of Performing Arts. Cabaret Pianist/Singer: Top of the Mark SF, Masons SF, Washington Hotels Japan. Acting roles: Archie & Dr Craven/The Secret Garden, Judge Turpin/Sweeney Todd, Dr Parker/ Bay Boy, Cladwell/Urinetowne, Lion/Wizard of Oz to name a few. Locally, He’s done musical direction/conducting for Arizona Theatre Company, Invisible Theatre, SALOC, The Gaslight, The Great American Playhouse, UofA Az Repertory Theatre, Arts Express, CYT and now here. Musical Direction/Conductor/Pianist in over 75 productions. Mike was an instructor at the UofA School of theatre for 4 years serving as the staff pianist, vocal coach and musical director. Mike currently plays flute with the So Az Symphony Orchestra as well as owning/operating Chroma Studio, a private hair salon suite.

Kathryn Kaluga

STAGE MANAGER

Kathryn is delighted about her PSM debut at Saguaro City. She is a current Junior Stage Management major at the UA. Some previous production credits include Leader of the Pack (SM), Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (SM), Head Over Heels (ASM), and Legally Blonde (ASM). Taylor Moss

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

What do building scenery and Audrey II have in common, you ask? Well, inevitably they’ll both make you bleed a little! Taylor Moss is a freelance Technical Director and technician. She earned her bachelor's degree in Technical Direction from The University of Arizona- College of Fine Arts. Taylor spent the past two seasons with Arizona Theatre Company as their Assistant Technical Director, before deciding to pursue freelance work primarily.

Kyle Dixon

SCENIC DESIGNER

Manhattan-based designer Kyle Dixon's scenic artwork may be seen across the United States, from NYC to Las Vegas. Recent scenic designs include: Sunset Boulevard, starring Alice Ripley (Elliot Norton Award nomination), Jersey Boys, The Bodyguard, West Side Story, The Music Man, Young Frankenstein, Mamma Mia!, Hairspray, Peter Pan and 42nd Street (North Shore Music Theatre), Camelot (Westchester Broadway Theatre), The Broadway Classic Music Dance Review (Tianqiao Performing Arts Center, Beijing, China), Newsies, Buddy:The Buddy Holly Story, West Side Story, The Wizard of Oz, Joseph, Sister Act, Music Man, The Producers, Young Frankenstein, Mamma Mia! and Beauty and the Beast (Theatre By The Sea, BroadwayWorld Regional Awards), Growing up 70’s starring Barry Williams (Off Broadway), Angelina Ballerina, The Musical (NYC, Toronto, National Tour), Fancy Nancy, the Musical (NYC, National Tour), StinkyKids (Off Broadway Alliance Award), It Shoulda Been You (starring Kim Zimmer) and The Wizard of Oz (Gretna Theatre, BroadwayWorld Regional Award), Xanadu, Doubt, The Secret Garden, How The Grinch Stole Christmas and The Merchant of Venice (Williams Center For The Arts), Forever Plaid, Lend Me A Tenor, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Palace Theatre In The Dells) and many more. Kyle has designed concert events for Faith Prince, Tommy Tune, Pam Tillis, and the North Carolina Gubernatorial Inauguration Gala (Telly Award). In addition to theatre, he is the designer of North Carolina’s historic Elizabethan Gardens’ Winter Lights, a ten-acre holiday display.

Lindsay McDonald

COSTUME DESIGNER

Lindsay McDonald is excited to be joining Saguaro City again! Lindsay just graduated from UA with her MFA in Costume Design and Technology. Favorite design credits include Legally Blonde, Three Sisters, and A Simple Herstory at Arizona Repertory Theatre and It's a Wonderful Life, Live Radio Show with Saguaro City Music Theater. She has designed shows for Hackmatack Summer Theatre and Lakes Region Summer Theatre. Thank you, Jason, Rocky, Charlotte and Henry for your love and support! 

Christopher Mason

LIGHTING DESIGNER

Christopher Mason is a Tucson native and has been working with Saguaro City from their first production. He earned his MFA in theatre design\lighting from the University of Arizona in the spring of 2023. Many thanks and lots of love to my wife Ginger for all her support in my career change and years of schooling.

Mathew Marcus

SOUND DESIGNER

Matt is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Sound Design at the U of AZ School of Theatre where his recent credits include Sound Designs for Legally Blonde, Into the Woods, The Merchant of Venice, Spring Awakening, and Evita. Other productions include Love, Sweet Love, a musical featuring the songs of Burt Bacharach and Hal David, along with national tours for Theater League, Theater of the Stars, and Dallas Summer Musicals. On hiatus from his audio career in the late 20th century, Matt was Property Master for Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood. He is a member of the Theatrical Sound Designer’s and Composers Association, and the International Alliance of Theatrical and Stage Employees, where he is the President of Local 415.

Rowan Griffith

PROPS DESIGNER

Rowan fell in love with props in her freshman year of high school and has since devoted all of her time to that field trying to pick up as many skills as she could. She’s made many things from battle axes (ATC She Kills Monsters 2019) to plush rats (CFHS Disaster the Musical 2020)! Now breaching into the world of foley, she’s very excited to be working on this production of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS!

Jeff Knaggs

WIG DESIGNER

Jeff is taking a break from his day job as Senior Manager of Theatrical Costuming for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings to make his design debut at  SAGAURO CITY MUSIC THEATRE  . For NCL he has designed Kinky Boots, Footloose, Six, and After Midnight. Royal Caribbean: Hairspray, Flight: Dare to Dream. The Silk Road, Showgirl!, The Effectors. Pittsburgh CLO: 2017, 2018, 2019,2022, and 2023 Seasons. TUTS: Memphis, Dreamgirls, Into the Woods, How to Succeed..., The Rocky Horror Show, Million Dollar Quartet, Heathers, Mary Poppins, Sweet Potato Queens, Bonnie & Clyde, A Christmas Story, Music Man. Theatre Aspen : Beautiful. Regional: Mamma Mia!, Peepshow, Young Frankenstein, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Dancing With The Stars, America’s Got Talent, and Into the Woods at The Hollywood Bowl.

Collin Brownell

ASSISTANT TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

I am a full-time, Technical Direction student at the University of Arizona. I work in athletic production to sharpen my skills when it comes to technology and team building, as well as working in the theatre setting where I do Technical Direction and carpentry. These opportunities and experiences have allowed me to understand what I want to do in the professional industry. I want to work in the world of live entertainment but in a behind-the-scenes role where I can control how things are built, and function for a satisfying audience experience.
